How to Enter a SHEIN Promo Code in the App

SHEIN's working promo codes are not entered at checkout. You type the code into the search bar inside the SHEIN app on a new account, and a coupon bundle appears for you to collect. Here's the exact process.

1. Create a new SHEIN account

   Install the SHEIN app and register a brand-new account. These codes surface bundles for new users only — on an existing account, nothing appears.

2. Open the search bar

   Tap the search bar at the top of the app's home screen. Not the coupon field at checkout — the main product search bar.

3. Type the code exactly

   Enter the promo code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive — J43T3N2, not j43t3n2) and submit the search.

4. Collect the bundle

   A coupon bundle banner appears — for example "New User Only / −60% / Coupon Bundle / Collect all". Tap Collect all while signed in, and the coupons land in your account's coupon wallet.

Troubleshooting

• Nothing happens after typing the code. You're probably on an existing account, or there's a typo. Double-check the spelling and try a fresh account.
• The bundle appears but won't collect. You need to be signed in with the new account when you tap "Collect all". Collection after sign-in is the one step we haven't been able to test directly.
• "Code invalid" or no bundle. The code may have died — we pull dead codes from the main guide the day they stop working, so check there for the current list.
• Can I use these on the SHEIN website instead of the app? The codes are designed for the app's search bar. The XHF5UK8 bundle is explicitly labeled a new-app-user gift.
